king is already 6 months old. he has two teeth now, one on top and one on bottom.. and they're on opposite sides! he wont open his mouth for me to take picture but once they are here i'll post pictures.

Sorry for the long wait!!!!

My early labor started on a Monday when I was having contractions and I didn't even realized it was labor!!! Went to the Hospital on Tuesday afternoon after my doctors appointment again to get checked in - it was about 1pm - walked around to keep the contractions going on.. got my epidural at 8 pm and didnt pop the baby out until Wednesday 6am!!

It was a LOOOONG 3 days and another week too because King was in NICU for his jaundice and he also had some problems when he was born - the cord was wrapped around his neck and it was down hill from there.

He is now 6 weeks old and we are home and healthy as a bee! He is AMAZING!!

Word of advice to anyone who wants babies and is really young .. DON'T HAVE EM!! lmao

Its really as tiring as everyone says.. sigh!!!! Being pregnant I didn't care to go out .. prolly cuz the hormones made me lazy and want to stay home.. but now that I am not preggo I want to go out and play and I gotta carry a babey around! Not so much of a burden because I love my lil mayne but geez!! You gotta carry around sooo much stuff for them!!

Being a parent is amazing.. you learn something new everyday and you've probably never felt a love or bond with anyone before that you have with your child!!!

Well I haven't had a chance to update this but everything is going pretty good. Work is stressful as usual, and the roommate situation hasn't gotten any better either!! I moved into a different building with some friends and it was a step up, just stupid people that live with my roommates aka their boyfriends.

Anyways, lately I've had these weird feelings like I'm a kid again. Just little things that always relate back to my childhood, whether it's stepping out of the shower on a spring morning and smelling that fresh morning smell with your windows open or just sitting in a warm car when the sun has been hitting it all afternoon. Since this pregnancy has began almost everything has something to relate to my childhood though. Comfort foods make me feel so much better and just doing things that we would when we were kids like taking a walk around the block or just reading. I know, it sounds like a typical day for anyone else but since I've moved to a bigger city where I really don't know anyone, all I do is just work and go home and go to bed. Occasionally I'll go downtown and check out the baby shop to see what they have but it's very seldom.

I cannot believe I'm already at the halfway point right now though!! Nothing makes me happier than feeling my lil man kick me in the stomach when I'm trying to sleep :) or my raging mood swings that make me wanna flip my whole house upside down. LOL This is definetly something that I will never forget .. the feelings that I've encoutered, the relationships that I have made with my family.. and the soon to be relationship wtih my lil man too.


I talked to a woman last night as I was getting ready to close the store and I was just telling her how amazing it is to know that you're going to be a parent yourself. I mean I look at my mom and dad all the time and just see that they were once in my shoes. I never listened to them when I was younger, but lately I've been beginning to understand where they're coming from. I cannot wait to see what things will be like when he is my age. Only time will tell..

Until then I"ll be waiting for you Kingston!! Mommy loves you so much. :)

i am now about 19/20 weeks prego!

found out the sex last monday. looks like it's going to be a boy! :)
